One exercise you can try is lying down on your back on the floor, bring your knees in towards your abdomen then hold onto your knees inhale as you bring your knees towards you, then exhale and allow your knees to fall down to the side.

Another exercise is where you lean on a table and hold the furthest edge away from you with both of your hands. This should make your legs hang off the edge of the table. Now lift and lower your legs. Repeat this as many times as possible.
